By accessing or using the services provided by THE E Brokerage Group, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

THE E Brokerage Group acts as a freight broker, arranging the transportation of freight on behalf of shippers by utilizing a network of authorized carriers. We are not a motor carrier, freight forwarder, or asset-based transportation provider. We utilize our technology platform and network to facilitate logistics solutions.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your shipments.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the transport of goods.
• Ensure all freight is properly packaged, documented, and ready for transport at the agreed-upon times.
• Pay all charges in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.

4. Limitation of Liability

THE E Brokerage Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
